Will Google Toolbar change the other explorers to be Chrome?

When someone laugh at the market share of Chrome, please do remember, Google Toolbar can change everything.

According to philipp lenssen, Google Toolbar 5 for Firefox already gave firfox the Google Chrome’s “New Tab” page.

I found that it also works at IE.
So, for now, you can imagine as you link, What is the way for Google Toolbar change the other explorers:

1.Google Toolbar will give other internet explorers, including FireFox, IE to setup Multiple Processes:

2.Google Toolbar will let FireFox，IE use V8 Javascript Engine:

3.Google Toolbar add privacy mode for FireFox, IE and other explorers:
